•           Secure the building permit
•           Provide a time-table of the construction works and ensure it is adhered to
•           Supervise the construction at all stages
•           Provide regular progress reports if you are not in Crete

Once the project is completed, we remain at your service should you have any problems with any parts of the construction or if you wish to make any changes or additions to your home.
